Well, Viddler can become the flickr for videos.
Viddler is a fresh, creative web application that allows you to upload, edit, and share digital video easily and expediently inside your web browser.
You may upload videos shot using camcorders, digital cameras or cell phones. Viddler aims to create a flash-based (like youtube) online, content management system to store, manage your videos.
