6 January 2007 No Comment

Fighting spam has become a compulsive act of our online living. Spams come in different forms and pose siginificant threat to your privacy and security. BorderWare MXtreme is an efficient at handling and filtering out these spams reaching your office servers, it filters almost about 98% of spams. Commonly, the spam filter programs rely on sifting through the keywords from which a message is classified as a spam. Now, the spams got even better. Now, a new kind of spams are emerging which are called as “image spams” – spam messages are sent as images so they will escape through the spam filters. The emails look like text but, automatic programs form such text-to-image spams with differnt colours, designs and attributes. BorderWare MXtreme has developed an anti image spam that uses a patent-pending technology that analyses each image for about 30 attributes, number of pixels, size and colours so they can be eliminated as spams. Now, what have you got spammers?
