Netvouz is like del.icio.us and some more. Apart from storing your bookmarks online for free, it automatically checks the bookmarks and updates if your favourite site moves to a new location (url).
It is free, you can import and export from standard IE, Firefox, and other standard formats.
Most used bookmarks are classified as “Hotpicks”. Ofcourse, you can share your bookmarks or keep them private.
