Clipmarks is a web service that allows users to submit news or any media such as picture or video to share with others.
It works like any other social network site, and users rate on each item so only the best ones reach the front page.
Clipmarks, however, differs from other social network sites because, it extracts most interesting bits from the submitted news and presents them to viewers.
