With GiveMeaning.com, you can raise funds to help people. You define the cause for fund raising (define the goal), say how much amount would be needed and you can actually fund the cause.
They are a registered on line charitable foundation (US and Canada), they give credibility, transparency in the accounts.
They do not charge anyone (donors or receivers).
