Abuse.net is provided by The Network Abuse Clearinghouse to help the Internet community to report and control network abuse and abusive users. You can report any activity that an Internet user is doing that suggests an abuse activity.
Hate spam? You can learn to live with them. There are two projects that support spam fighting, spam filtering – they are Spam Haus and Spam Con foundation. Both are non-profit organizations.
