You can actually change your choices (say increasing the resolution to 6 megapixels from 4 megapixels) etc and get recommendations. You can play around each feature and it is very user-friendly.

Step 3:
Note down few cameras that you consider are good enough for you and read the product reviews from other sites such as dpreviews, CNET and livingroom. Finally, visit the nearest camera store to actually touch and feel your camera before you buy it.
