5 Simple Exercises to Sharpen your Eyesight.

Of all parts of your body eyes are the most delicate ones. Extreme care is needed if you already suffer from farsightedness and nearsightedness. Eye weaknesses and diseases are mainly due to two reasons one is due to harming the section of eye by one or the other way like no due care, accidents or excess strain imposed on it. Another reason would be due to hereditary.

Some of these reasons might be unavoidable but still you can have things in control if you take care of your eyes. For the rest learn from the universal truth that Prevention is better than cure. So allot 10 minutes for yourself and with high discipline practice these 5 simple exercises that are good stress busters and give your eyes comfort.

The main goal of these exercises is to make your eyes relax. It results in a kind of energy to your eyes so that you can enjoy sharper vision.

1. In this exercise go in front of a window at your home which usually has bars made of iron and are mostly vertical. Make yourself stand at a feet distance then start your body swinging very slowly while standing at the same place. During the process keep trying to look over through the bars towards outside. At the end of the each swing just blink your eyes.

2. Take an object like a ball and now just throw the ball from one of your hands to the other hand. Don’t forget to blink the eyes the moment you catch. It greatly improves blinking habit which is good.

3. Get some water in a bowl heated well until vapor forms then add drops of eucalyptus oil. With a towel over your head covering your face and head lean yourself a bit above the bowl. Now start receiving the vapor with eyes blinking.

4. Simplest of all and effective is to first close your eyes slowly and use your both palms to completely cover your closed eyes so that you can see no light passes through for 2-3 minutes.

5. After the sunrise in the morning stand in front of the sun facing it with closed eyes. Now in a slow manner start swinging your body with standing at same place. Do it only during or morning or in the evening.

All these exercises are handy for improving your vision and give a sense of comfort, relaxation and removes fatigue. If you are really determined to take care of this most precious and important part of your body then all you need to do is these simple eye exercises. These exercises are scientifically developed and provided good results in every case.
