How well do you want to manage and use your time effectively ? Ask it for yourself and make your intentions clear. It means draw a clear cut picture of what you want to do and achieve by doing so. For instance, when you were at college or school usually the entire day goes in an organized fashion unknowingly. If you observe then you will find that you were successfully able to manage to complete your assignments, playing, sleeping and even attending the school or college everyday.

It means you were able to do more work in relatively very less amount of time and that too so easily. Isn’t it surprising ?. So, now here are few handy tips and suggestions that will help you do things productively in the time available. First of all to motivate yourself here are few benefits you can enjoy if you follow these tips for managing your time.

• You will find time for yourself though your day has a busy schedule.
• It will make you more organized and helps you make big leaps.
• It will give you a feedback to your performance like a kind of self evaluation. This helps to correct your self immediately.
• Totally avoids you from being unpunctual to work.
• No more mornings of tension and stress due to incomplete work on your previous day.
• Helps you to be in sync with your goals and plans.

1. Create a schedule so that it will assist and direct as you want to be.

2. Follow it and stick to it by being rigid to your self.

3. Schedule all your activities in such a way that you make it in the order of importance to you.

4. A schedule for a month or a week or in fact even for a day.

5. You can go for a brief plan with list of things you want to do which must be like a checklist.

6. While preparing a schedule see that you keep your goals and targets in mind.

7. Incase if you are satisfied with the fact that you meet all the requirements of your schedule or plan then reward yourself. For example go for a vacation. It forms a motivation and refreshment to do much better in future.

8. Never step back if needed to work harder than expected in order to meet the schedule.

9. Make sure that you are consistent but not complacent.

10. It is always better to start with simple tasks to accelerate the speed of your work than proceed for difficult ones.

11. Stay focused on one task or activity at a time so that you keep all your energy on it to complete it in time.
